Visiting the websites

The websites are hosted by Hostinger. When your browser requests a page or image, the hosting service processes technical information such as your IP address, time, requested address and browser information to deliver and protect the service. The basis is our legitimate interest in a functioning, secure website under GDPR Article 6(1)(f). The editorial launch edition contains no analytics or advertising tracking.

Portraits and stories

The project presents participants’ names, portraits and stories, alongside exhibition material. The stories are personal contributions to the art project. Editorial dedications are clearly labelled. If you are featured and would like a correction or information about the publication and the basis for your particular contribution, please contact Molly directly.

Contacting us

We use your email address and the information you send to answer your enquiry. The basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries or, where relevant, taking steps before a contract under GDPR Article 6(1)(b). Please avoid sending sensitive information that is unnecessary for your enquiry.

Retention and recipients

Hosting and email providers process information to deliver their services. We retain enquiries for as long as needed for their purpose and any statutory obligations. Project material forms part of the continuing artistic archive. Contact us about the retention of your particular contribution. We do not sell your information.

External services

Links to social media and other websites open those services when you choose them. Their own privacy policies apply. The share button uses your browser’s sharing function or copies the page address. Separate registration systems and forms may provide their own information about data processing.

Your rights

Depending on the processing, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or data portability, and object to processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Write to us so that we can assess and answer your particular request. You can also read about your rights at the Danish Data Protection Agency and complain to the Agency.

Music players

YouTube or Spotify music loads only when you choose to activate an individual player. The service then receives technical information, including your IP address, and may use cookies and process information under its own privacy policy. You can close the player again. We do not remember your choice for your next visit. You can also use the ordinary links without activating a player on our website.
